2. Valid survey of property
3. Latest Tax Bill
4. Latest Mortgage Statement

Documents to be provided when you come in to sign closing documents (usually, about five days before closing):
1. Two pieces of photo I.D.
IMPORTANT NOTE
For identification purposes, an OHIP card cannot be used. You will need at least ONE of the following: Canadian Driver’s License, Canadian Passport, Certificate of Indian Status, Police or Military Identification Card, Permanent Resident Card and/or Canadian Citizenship Card. Other valid identification could be a social insurance card, a credit card issued by an established financial institution (displaying individual’s name and signature), Old Age Security Card (issued by the Government of Canada), Canadian Birth Certificate, Canadian Work Permit (signature required) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence Form IMM 5292 (signature required).
